How to install TS Suite Prime and use it offline

TS Suite Prime runs in the browser, but you can also install it as a program: its own icon, its own window and offline use. It takes less than a minute.

Install the full suite

  1. Open the home page in Chrome or Edge.
  2. Click Install TS Suite, or the install icon in the address bar.
  3. If you do not see the icon, open the browser menu (⋮ or …) and look for the option to install the page as an app.
  4. Confirm. It opens in its own window and is added to your desktop and Start menu.

Jump straight to TS Sheets, TS Docs or TS Slides

Every app lives inside TS Suite Prime. To open one directly, right-click the TS Suite Prime icon on your taskbar or Start menu and choose TS Sheets, TS Docs, TS Slides, Viewer or Guides. Inside the app, switch tools with the top menu.

Use it offline

After installing and opening each tool once while online, it works offline: your files are processed on your computer. No ads are shown offline.

Open files with a double-click

On Windows, Mac and Linux with Chrome or Edge, the installed app shows up in Open with… for .xlsx, .csv, .docx, .pptx, .pdf, .xml and .json. Right-click a file, choose Open with and select the app.

Uninstall

Open the app, go to its window menu and choose Uninstall. You can also remove it from your system app settings.

Using Firefox or Safari? TS Suite Prime works fine in the browser; installing as an app and file association work best in Chrome and Edge.

Frequently asked questions

Does it take much space?

Very little: it is a web app. The spreadsheet is the largest part and downloads only once.

Does it update automatically?

Yes. When opened online it fetches the latest version; you may need to close and reopen it.

Are my files stored in the app?

The current draft is stored in your browser. Download your files (.xlsx, .docx, .pptx) to keep them.
